Barn sizes range from 8X8 to 12X24. Engineer Certified 4' inside wall height 12' wide and over buildings are measured across the eaves due to DOT regulations (all others are measured from outside corners).

LOFTED BARN

LOFTED BARN

Lofted Barn Sizes Range from 8X10 to 16X40. Engineer Certified 6'3" inside wall height Up to 16ft of loft included in price, depending on size. Additional charges apply if over 16ft. No discount for subtracting loft. 12' wide and over buildings are measured across the eaves due to DOT regulations (all others are measured from outside corners).

UTILITY SHED

UTILITY SHED

Utility Shed sizes range from 8X8 to 16X40. Engineer Certified 6'3" inside wall height standard. Optional 8' tall walls (92" inside) available. 12' wide and over buildings are measured across the eaves due to DOT regulations (all others are measured from outside corners).

The Playhouse Package can be added to Utility Sheds or Lofted Barns. The package includes 9 lite window door, 4ft porch*, two posts, and three 2X3 windows. The Utility Style Playhouse Package will include 8ft walls. Package price does not include wooden barn doors. *Total length of building includes 4ft porch.

GARAGE PACKAGE

The Garage Package can be added to end of 12' wide buildings and to the side of Utility Sheds. The package includes a garage door, solid house-style door, one 2X3 window and 12" on center floor joists. The Utility Style Garage Package will also include 8ft walls. Package price does not include wooden barn doors.

SIDE PORCH PACKAGE

The Side Porch Package can be added to Utility Sheds & Lofted Barns. The package includes a 9 lite window door, porch, porch railing (Included porch railing is approx. 4ft), one post, two 2X3 windows and double barn doors. The Utility Style Side Porch Package will also include 8ft walls.

DELUXE PLAYHOUSE PACKAGE

The Deluxe Playhouse Package can be adde to Utility Sheds & Lofted Barns 12X24 or larger. The package includes a 9 lite window door, porch, porch railing (Included porch railing is 3 sections that are approx. 4ft each), four posts, and five 2X3 windows. The Utility Style Deluxe Playhouse Package will also include 8ft walls. Minimum size is 12X24. Package price does not include wooden barn doors.

DORMER PACKAGE

DORMER PACKAGE

The Utility Dormer Package includes 3 Transom Windows in Dormer, 87" inside wall height and 7/12 pitch roof. * Only available on 10' and 12' wide buildings. * One dormer per side, centered only. * This is a package deal, options may be removed but NO credit given on price. *2X3 windows, windows in doors, false shutters and 6" front and back overhang are extra and not included in package price.
